(c) He then amalgamated his business with that carried on by another person, and thereafter they traded together under the style of P. & D. Colnaghi at Pall Mall East, S.W. 1. In about 1911 they removed the business to Nos.144-146, New Bond Street, W., where they continued it until July 1937.

(d) In July 1937 they registered P. & D. He has since acted as a director of the company at a remuneration of £20,000 per annum until January 1940, when it was reduced to £1.500 per annum, and in September it was again reduced to £1,000 per annum. He resigned his directorship on the making of the Receiving Order and is now employed by the company as a salesman at £450 per annum.
