About MeThis stoneware jardiniere, or planter, is decorated with a pale green glaze with vertical incised decoration, revealing the clay body below. The inside is unglazed.

The jardiniere was made by Michael Cardew at his Wenford Bridge Pottery in Cornwall, England after he returned from working in Africa.
