About MeThis low, straight-sided stoneware casserole has two handles and a cover.

It is decorated with a textured surface comprising small horizontal lines in vertical rows.

Clement Kofi Athey was one of Michael Cardew's apprentices. He ran the Jos Museum Pottery in Nigeria after Michael Cardew and Michael OBrien built the kiln there in 1963.
