About MeA small porcelain globe vase with short concave neck. It is glazed all over in a pale blue, almost turquoise, celadon glaze which is darker towards the foot, becoming almost white at the rim.Celadon is a type of glaze originating China. It is frequently found in shades of pale green, however colours can range from pale pearl blue to dark olive green depending on the quantity of iron oxide added to the glaze before it is fired.
