About MeThis wheel-thrown open stoneware bowl has a broad flattened rim and shallow foot. The entire bowl is covered in a dark, almost black, treacle coloured glaze over an iron brown glaze creating a speckled effect. The iron brown glaze is most prominent along the rim edges and around the foot ring, adding emphasis to the form and straightforward decoration.
