About MeCarte de visite of a family; the husband wife and child are all seated. The man is wearing a matching suit with a long necktie, white shirt and boots. His hair is parted down the left side and he has a full beard. The woman has her hair up in a middle parting and is wearing a pair of earrings. Her dress has long dark sleeves, a high collar and a large bow tied at the front. The child is seated on her lap in a white dress with white stockings and boots. On the reverse the photographer's details appear in full.
