About MeThis slim flask-shaped vase with broad shoulders is slab built, with a wheel-thrown neck and foot which has a recessed base.
It is slip-glazed all over in a honey gold glaze over which a dark treacle brown slip with iron glaze has been applied at an angle from shoulder to foot across the lower section of the body on both sides. Decorated with slip trailed olive green lines applied in a spontaneous manner across the upper section and a yellow slip across the lower section, with the addition of vertical inscribed marks through the glaze.
