About MeThis bowl is a rare example of Clive Bowen working with porcelain. Bowen usually makes his domestic earthenwares from Fremington clay, a material local to his North Devon Pottery,
This small porcelain bowl is of slightly ovoid form standing on a short foot. It is glazed all over in dolomite, a matt cream glaze, and feldspar which is used to form a glassy appearance and usually has a slightly greyish blue tone.
